Bemis Company, Inc. is investing $25 million to expand packaging operations in Oshkosh, WI that is expected to create 160 new jobs.   The company specializes in the manufacture of films, foil barrier laminations, pouches, bags, thermoformed trays, lids, labels and other health care packaging.
